Charging the Panel |

The panel must be charged before use and the transformer can be plugged into the panel directly. The charging cradle is not required, so charging the panel from any outlet can be accomplished while other setup tasks are completed. When mounting the charging cradle to a wall, make sure there is an outlet near the mounting location. Make sure the transformer cord can be attached to the wall as well and will not interfere with normal room traffic. Important Before mounting the charging cradle, verify that the control panel has good radio communication with the pool control system. While the panel is temporarily held in the desired location, use the signal indicator on the display to determine adequate radio communication. You should also test the panel with a few commands; turn the pool light on and off, turn the filter pump on and off, etc. If the panel does not have adequate communication with the pool control system but the control panel location is important, try moving the outdoor transceiver module to a new location and retest.
