Setting Up Pool System Alerts |

In the The Remote Management Settings Menu, the Alerts Setup Selection allows you to Setup, View, or Modify your Emailed Alert Messages Settings and Options. 1. Click on the Settings Tab to Open the Settings Menu.
2. Click on the Drop Down Menu Button to View the List of Pool Setting Options to View, Modify, or Setup.
3. To Setup the Automatic Pool Alerts, Click on Alert Setup on the Settings Drop Down Menu.
4. Enter the Names and Email Addresses of the Locations that the Pool Alert Messages will be Sent To when a Specific Alert is Triggered. You Must Click on the Save Button to Save the Alert Destinations.
5. To Set All of the Pool Alerts, Click on the Second Drop Down Menu Button, and Click on All Alerts on the Drop Down Menu.
6. You will now Click on the Third Drop Down Menu Button, to Select Each Pool Alert that you want to Setup on the Setup Drop Down Menu.
7. To Setup the Pool Temperature Alert, Click on Pool Temperature on the Setup Drop Down Menu.
8. Enter the Report Alert Frequency Number of Hours (How often the Alert Report Message will be Sent), the Minimum and Maximum Pool Temperature of the Acceptable Pool Temperature Range, in the Appropriate Boxes, and then Click On the Alert Enabled Box to Enable the Pool Temperature Alert. You Must Click on the Save Button to Save the Alert.
9. To Setup the Outside Air Temperature Alert, Click on Outside Air Temperature on the Setup Drop Down Menu.
10. Enter the Report Alert Frequency Number of Hours (How often the Alert Report Message will be Sent), the Minimum and Maximum Outside Air Temperature of the Acceptable Outside Air Temperature Range, in the Appropriate Boxes, and then Click On the Alert Enabled Box to Enable the Outside Air Temperature Alert. You Must Click on the Save Button to Save the Alert.
11. To Setup the Pool Chemistry Sanitizer Level Alert, Click on Chemistry OrP on the Setup Drop Down Menu.
12. Enter the Report Alert Frequency Number of Hours (How often the Alert Report Message will be Sent), the Minimum and Maximum OrP Levels of the Acceptable Sanitizer Level Range, in the Appropriate Boxes, and then Click On the Alert Enabled Box to Enable the Chemistry OrP Alert. You Must Click on the Save Button to Save the Alert.
13. To Setup the Pool Chemistry pH Level Alert, Click on Chemistry pH on the Setup Drop Down Menu.
14. Enter the Report Alert Frequency Number of Hours (How often the Alert Report Message will be Sent), the Minimum and Maximum pH Levels of the Acceptable pH Level Range, in the Appropriate Boxes, and then Click On the Alert Enabled Box to Enable the Chemistry pH Alert. You Must Click on the Save Button to Save the Alert.
15. To Setup the Pool Chemistry TDS/Salt Level Alert, Click on TDS/Salt - (Saline) on the Setup Drop Down Menu.
16. Enter the Report Alert Frequency Number of Hours (How often the Alert Report Message will be Sent), the Minimum and Maximum TDS/Salt Levels of the Acceptable Saline Level Range, in the Appropriate Boxes, and then Click On the Alert Enabled Box to Enable the Chemistry TDS/Salt Alert. You Must Click on the Save Button to Save the Alert.
17. To Setup the Pool Filter Pressure Level Alert, Click on Filter Pressure/Flow on the Setup Drop Down Menu.
18. Enter the Report Alert Frequency Number of Hours (How often the Alert Report Message will be Sent), the Minimum and Maximum Filter Pressure Levels of the Acceptable Filter Pressure Level Range, in the Appropriate Boxes, and then Click On the Alert Enabled Box to Enable the Pool Filter Pressure Alert. You Must Click on the Save Button to Save the Alert.
19. To Setup the Pool Control System Alerts, Click on Pool Control on the Setup Drop Down Menu. Note: These Alerts come Directly from the Pool Control System, and are the Same Alerts that are Displayed in a Flashing Message on your Wireless Panel.
20. Enter the Report Alert Frequency Number of Hours (How often the Alert Report Message will be Sent). To Send Any and All Pool Control Alerts, Click on the Any/All Alert Box. To Send only a Specific Pool Control Alert, Click on the Specific Alert Drop Down Menu Button, and then Click on the Specific Pool Control Alert you want Sent. Then Click On the Alert Enabled Box to Enable the Pool Control System Alerts. You Must Click on the Save Button to Save the Alert.
21. To Setup the Water Sensor Freeze Alert, Click on Water Sensor Freeze on the Setup Drop Down Menu. Note: This Alert come Directly from the Pool Control System, and indicates that the Water Temp Sensor has encountered a potential Freeze Condition. This is the Same Freeze Alert that is Displayed in a Flashing Message on your Wireless Panel.
22. Enter the Report Alert Frequency Number of Hours (How often the Alert Report Message will be Sent), then Click On the Alert Enabled Box to Enable the Water Sensor Freeze Alert. You Must Click on the Save Button to Save the Alert.
23. To Setup the Pool Water Overheat Alert, Click on Pool Water Overheat on the Setup Drop Down Menu. Note: This Alert come Directly from the Pool Control System, and indicates that the Pool Water has Overheated. This is the Same Overheat Alert that is Displayed in a Flashing Message on your Wireless Panel.
24. Enter the Report Alert Frequency Number of Hours (How often the Alert Report Message will be Sent), then Click On the Alert Enabled Box to Enable the Pool Water Overheat Alert. You Must Click on the Save Button to Save the Alert.
25. To Setup the Time To Clean Filter Alert, Click on Clean Filter on the Setup Drop Down Menu. Note: This Alert is a Scheduled Reminder Alert that will Start on the Selected Start Date and Repeat if, desired, every Number of Days you Select.
26. Click on the Start Date Calendar Drop Down Menu Button and Click on the Date to Send the Clean Filter Alert Message. If you want the Alert Message to be Sent on a Recurring Basis, Click on the Recurring Box, and Enter the Number of Days between Clean Filter Alert Messages in the Days From Start Box. Then Click On the Alert Enabled Box to Enable the Clean Filter Alert. You Must Click on the Save Button to Save the Alert.
27. To Setup the Time To Add Salt Alert, Click on Add Salt on the Setup Drop Down Menu. Note: This Alert is a Scheduled Reminder Alert that will Start on the Selected Start Date and Repeat if, desired, every Number of Days you Select.
28. Click on the Start Date Calendar Drop Down Menu Button and Click on the Date to Send the Add Salt Alert Message. If you want the Alert Message to be Sent on a Recurring Basis, Click on the Recurring Box, and Enter the Number of Days between Add Salt Alert Messages in the Days From Start Box. Then Click On the Alert Enabled Box to Enable the Clean Filter Alert. You Must Click on the Save Button to Save the Alert.
29. To Setup the Time To Clean Chlorinator Cell Alert, Click on Clean Chlorinator Cell on the Setup Drop Down Menu. Note: This Alert is a Scheduled Reminder Alert that will Start on the Selected Start Date and Repeat if, desired, every Number of Days you Select.
30. Click on the Start Date Calendar Drop Down Menu Button and Click on the Date to Send the Clean Chlorinator Cell Alert Message. If you want the Alert Message to be Sent on a Recurring Basis, Click on the Recurring Box, and Enter the Number of Days between Clean Chlorinator Cell Alert Messages in the Days From Start Box. Then Click On the Alert Enabled Box to Enable the Clean Chlorinator Cell Alert. You Must Click on the Save Button to Save the Alert.
31. To Setup the Time To Clean Pump Baskets Alert, Click on Clean Pump Baskets on the Setup Drop Down Menu. Note: This Alert is a Scheduled Reminder Alert that will Start on the Selected Start Date and Repeat if, desired, every Number of Days you Select.
32. Click on the Start Date Calendar Drop Down Menu Button and Click on the Date to Send the Clean Pump Baskets Alert Message. If you want the Alert Message to be Sent on a Recurring Basis, Click on the Recurring Box, and Enter the Number of Days between Clean Pump Baskets Alert Messages in the Days From Start Box. Then Click On the Alert Enabled Box to Enable the Clean Pump Baskets Alert. You Must Click on the Save Button to Save the Alert.
33. To Setup Your Own User Defined Alert, Click on User Defined Alert 1 on the Setup Drop Down Menu. Note: This Alert is a Scheduled Reminder Alert that will Start on the Selected Start Date and Repeat if, desired, every Number of Days you Select.
34. Click on the Start Date Calendar Drop Down Menu Button and Click on the Date to Send the User Defined Alert Message. If you want the Alert Message to be Sent on a Recurring Basis, Click on the Recurring Box, and Enter the Number of Days between the User Defined Alert Messages in the Days From Start Box. Enter the Name of the Alert in the Alert Name Box. Then Click On the Alert Enabled Box to Enable the Clean Pump Baskets Alert. You Must Click on the Save Button to Save the Alert.
