As shown in the Power to the Controller diagram, power is supplied to the Pool Control circuit board via Breaker #5. This power can then be utilized for underwater lighting. Most pool controllers require an expensive option to handle any dimming features for the underwater lighting in a pool. The Pool Control delivers this capability as a standard feature without even consuming an additional relay or adding a breaker. The light circuits are already protected by a faceless GFCI that is factory installed in the right side of the enclosure. Two 500W max. lighting circuits can be installed.
