Setting Up Your Account and Personal Information

The Remote Management Account Menu allows you to Enter or Modify your Password, Personal Information, and Pool Information.

1. Click on the Account Bar to Open the Account Menu.

2. To Change Your Password, Click on Account - Change Password. Enter your Current Password and then your New Password 2 times.  For Security Purposes, ****** will appear instead of your Actual Password. Click on Save to Save and Exit.

3. To Enter or Update Your Personal Information, Click on Account - Personal Profile. Enter or Change the Listed Information, and then Click on Save to Save and Exit.

4. To Enter or Update Your Pool Location Information, Click on Account - Current  Pool Profile. Enter or Change the Listed Information, and then Click on Save to Save and Exit.  If the Show Address on Alerts Field is Set to Yes, the Address Information that is Entered will Display on All Alert Email Messages.

Note: The ability to provide Address Information on Alerts can be very useful for Service Companies that are supporting Multiple Pools.

5. To View or Update Your Wireless Gateway or System Information, Click on Account - Current Pool Registration.  View or Follow the Instructions on the Screen to Change the Gateway ID or System ID, and then Click on Save to Save and Exit.
