Check for Sensor Problems

1.If Both Sensors have been Replaced in a Previous Step, or Both Sensors have been Previously Checked, do  Not need to be Replaced, and are Connected Properly, Select "Sensors Previously Replaced or Checked" Below.  If they have Not been Replaced, Continue to Note and Step 2.

Sensors Previously Replaced or Checked

Note: You Must Turn OFF the Power to the System before Continuing.  Defective Sensors can Not be Repaired, and Must be Replaced.  Make sure the System Board is completely Dry before Turning the Power back ON.

2.Make sure Both Temperature Sensors are Properly Mounted at the Heater.
3.Check Sensor Wires for Cracks or Damage.
4.Make sure the System Board Sensor Connectors are Clean and Connected Properly.
5.Check to see if either Sensor appears to need to be Replaced, and Replace as Necessary.

Problem May Now be Corrected - Continue Test
